1. Service Description

99redirect is a domain redirect service that allows you to configure HTTP redirects (301, 302, 307, 308) from one domain to another, with automatic SSL certificates, click analytics, and email forwarding. The service is offered in free and paid plans, each with specific limits on domains, rules, and features.

2. Account Terms

To use 99redirect, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials (email, password, and API keys).
• Be responsible for all activities performed under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using 99redirect, you agree NOT to use the service to:

• Phishing, social engineering, or any form of fraud.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Redirecting to illegal, defamatory, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Violating applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property laws.
• Interfering with or overloading the service infrastructure.
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

4. Service Availability

99redirect strives to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially on the free plan. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Paid plans may include specific service level agreements (SLAs) as described on the pricing page.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

• Billing is recurring (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen) and will auto-renew until canceled.
• You are responsible for keeping valid and up-to-date payment information.
• Upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended.

Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After this period, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials of 99redirect are the exclusive property of 99redirect or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

You retain all rights to your domains, content, and data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99redirect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination:

• Your redirects will be deactivated immediately.
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payments already made will not be refunded (except within the guarantee period).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend that you review these terms regularly.

10. General Provisions

• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
• Dispute resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved preferably through mediation or arbitration.
• Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99redirect.
• Severability: If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
